What is your refund policy?
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
All our products are limited edition. No refunds will be available at this time. Sale styles are final sale. We highly advise that a careful review of your order prior to the final step at checkout is essential to your purchasing experience. We do our best to provide accurate and up to date product descriptions to help with your decision. To ensure quality, we meticulously examine each product before it is shipped. A request for return or exchange can be submitted only if you have received a damaged item, mislabeled item, or sent the wrong size. All returned items must be in new unworn condition. Unsolicited returns and returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. Any other submissions will not be accepted, for example, if you need a different size. We apologize for this inconvenience and as the company grows will be able to improve upon this experience. You have 14 days from receiving the item to submit a request. If approved, you will need to send back the unworn item at your expense. Upon receiving the item, after careful evaluation, we will send out the new garment within 2-3 days at no additional shipping cost for full price purchases only. Sale purchases will require additional shipping cost. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of delivery. Contact support@gwaps.co to start your request.
